Vlad Luzin is Co-Founder and CTO of BAND, building coordination/communication infrastructure for multi-agent AI systems — the "internet of agents" layer that lets autonomous agents discover each other, delegate tasks, and govern cross-framework workflows at enterprise scale. He brings nearly two decades in distributed architectures, including leading the multi-agent systems team under the CTO at Samsung in the mid-2000s, plus senior engineering and architecture roles in financial and enterprise environments.
