Raz Berman is Co-Founder & CTO of Overcut, building the enterprise control plane for agentic software development. Before Overcut she spent ~10 years at Microsoft, most recently as a Principal Software Engineering Group Manager leading a ~20-person Edge AI team and owning Azure Video Indexer service. She works hands-on with teams rolling AI into their production SDLC — the source of this talk.
