Jake Broekhuizen

Jake Broekhuizen is a Deployed Engineer at LangChain and one of its first deployed engineers, working with enterprise customers on complex LLM implementations. Before LangChain he was at ServiceNow, moving from software engineering into an ML engineering role where he built an internal platform integrating LLM APIs across business units — and he co-authored LangChain's case study on how ServiceNow uses LangSmith for its customer-success agents.
