Embiricos leads product for OpenAI Codex (now Head of Enterprise Product), so his session is a direct line to how OpenAI thinks coding agents are reshaping software engineering — concrete power-user workflows (Plans.md planning, git worktrees for parallel agents, automated code review) plus a frank thesis that humans, not models, are now the bottleneck (Codex has grown 20x since August and serves trillions of tokens weekly).
