Oscar Mullin is SVP of Technology at Mercado Libre, Latin America's leading commerce and fintech platform. He leads the core technology teams including Platform, Infrastructure, Fury (Mercado Libre's IDP), Cloud, Services, AI and GenAI, Analytics, Machine Learning Platform, IT Governance & Compliance, and Internal Tooling. In my 20+ years of technical experience, he worked across several industries (banking, real estate, insurance, fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, public sector, risk management, ideation, and innovation) in local, regional, and global projects and products at scale.
